Key Responsibility

Design and conduct skill-analysis tests for the employees working at the organization to evaluate the skill-set they possess.
Based on the results obtained from these tests, organizing several skill-development programs and workshops.
Consulting employees and providing them feedback about development and sectors where they lav behind.
Preparing well-drafted reports of employee evaluation tests and details of regular performance.
Presenting the report before the board of directors at specified intervals along with suggesting remedial measures planned.
Planning career orientation sessions for the employees and discussing growth as well as other aspects of professional life.
Describing in the most effective manner, the responsibilities associated with each role in the organization.
Planning and executing the onboarding of employees as per requirement in several departments and instructions.

Job requirements

Proven experience as a Talent Director or manager or any related role in a reputed firm.
A bachelor’s or masters’ degree in Human Resource Management or related domain.
Understanding of talent development schemes and programs.
Skilled in usage of documentation software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven knowledge of the latest measures to uplift and elevate employee performance.
Innovative and analytical approach.
