Job responsibilities

The prime goal and motive are to help the patient/client achieve optimum wellness and fitness as an addition to timely and complete recovery.
Maintain a detailed and regular record of the patients’ health care which would be combined report of the present status, treatments prescribed and recovery details.
Keep a proper check on the safety and effectiveness of the treatment being rendered to the client.
Providing proper consultancy service to the clients in regard to their physical health care and related domains.
Positively abide by all the rules and regulations laid by the medical association and concerned authorities.
Coordinate with different NGOs, dispensaries and healthcare centers nearby and plan the expansion of services.
Talk to patients and their attendants regularly about the complete treatment process and other related aspects as well.
Provide psychological assistance and guidance to the families of the affected and help them stay motivated.
Conduct interactive sessions on topics related to boosting mental and physical health as well as stressing on happiness as a virtue.
Work in close coordination with the entire medical team and ensure efficient communication amongst every staff members and authorities on a professional level.

Job requirements

A bachelor’s or associate degree in healthcare and human service.
Excellent communication skills to interact well with clients and conduct motivational sessions.
Team management skills to ensure proper coordination between the medical team and staff members working together in the treatment process.
Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude to assist patients with their medical and psychological issues. You are required to think critically and come up with effective solutions.
Compassion and politeness is a must in this profession.
Should possess information about emerging technologies and should be well versed with the use of new equipment.
Previous work experience in the field of human care and health services is preferred.
